NTSROOF is an innovative rapid-fit, room in the roof, panelised roof system, which dramatically increases build speed. It saves time, money, and also reduces health and safety risks to construction workers, who are now required to spend much less time working at a height.

Comprised of gable and party spandrels and pre-insulated structural cassettes, the NTSROOF replaces traditional attic roof trusses in 2.5 and 3 storey dwellings to create a warm room in the roof. The prefabricated product is delivered to site ready to be craned into position, eliminating wastage and the need to store materials on-site.

Part of National Timber Group, our newly created off-site division, National Timber Systems, combines the expertise, knowledge and capability of NYTimber and Arnold Laver. It has a 200-strong workforce, with the ability to manufacture and deliver more than 2,500 NYTROOFs per year, 20 expert designers using CAD, Mitek, and STEICO design software, and four manufacturing sites. We have now delivered and installed more than 5,000 NTSROOFs, supplying national and regional housebuilders across 25 offices throughout the North of England and the Midlands.

NTSROOF has been designed with on-site simplicity and ease of installation in mind. With the benefits of off-site fabrication such as dimensional accuracy and precise lead times, existing, locally employed tradespeople can fit up to three roofs in one day.

NTSROOF can be offered as a supply only product, fitted by the housebuilders own local trusted tradesmen, or as a Supply and Fit Package.
