Overview

NYTimber has three composite decking ranges that are available from stock.

The Composite Prime products, HD Deck 150,HD Deck Duel, and HD Deck Pro combine hardwood with recycled plastic to create a low-maintenance, durable, slip-resistant, and environmentally friendly deck.

HD Deck is a wood plastic composite deck made of 100% hardwood flour, recycled plastic plus UV light absorbers and anti-oxidants which combine to produce a high quality finished product that outperforms traditional treated timber.

  • 60% Hardwood flour (Oak)
  • 35% Recycled HDPE Plastic – ‘raw’ (shampoo bottles etc)
  • 5% Additives – UV stabilisers and anti-oxidants
  • High quality non-organic pigments
  • High quality lubricants and coupling agents
  • Superior wall thickness for strength and durability
  • Tested for strength, impact resistance, weathering, extreme temperature cycles, UV resistance and water absorption
  • x1 m2 of deck contains equivalent of 260+ 2-pint milk bottles

HD Deck Dual

HD Deck Dual takes composite decking to the next level with its ‘capped’ design creating a protective layer that offers maximum protection against stains, fading and the elements for an extra-long life. The contrasting colour on each side, allows for creative deck designs with contrasting borders.

  • Fully capped plastic polymer outer coating for increased longevity and maximum protection against stains
  • Dual colour, two colours in a single board
  • ‘True Grain’ colour mixing technology gives HD Deck Dual a subtle natural depth of colour seen in natural timber
  • 1m2 of deck contains equivalent of 260+ two pint milk bottles

HD Deck Pro delivers luxury. Available in two designer shades, this extra-wide composite decking board features a traditional wood grain that will add quality and style to any outdoor living space.

With its ‘capped’ design, creating a protective layer that offers maximum protection against stains and the elements for an extra-long life.

Made from hardwood flour and recycled plastic, which combine to produce a high quality finished product that offers the low maintenance benefits of composite decking and outperforms traditional treated timber.
